About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Attendant with Bar experience to join our professional team at RACV Noosa Resort. As a key member of our leisure team, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service with a friendly, positive attitude and a helpful approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide detailed menu knowledge and explanation
- Take orders and communicate with the kitchen
- Set up and clear tables
- Interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a customer-focused venue within fast-paced food and beverage service
- Bar experience (desirable)
- A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service
- Current QLD RSA Certificate
- Exceptional communication skills with a bright and friendly personality
- The ability to quickly build rapport with guests and your team
