The role of the Advanced Practitioner is to provide supervision and support to Core and Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioners. This includes providing Person Centred Behaviour Support to a complex caseload, delivering Person Centred Behaviour support training as required, and networking and building relationships with the local community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision and support to Core and Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioners
- Deliver Person Centred Behaviour support training as required
- Network and build relationships with the local community
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be involved in project work as identified and demonstrate and embody Northcott values; 'innovative, respectful, and brave'. The ideal candidate will have a passion for a capacity building approach and customer rights, and experience working with customers, staff, and families utilizing a Positive Behaviour Support approach.
