Manufacturing Specialist Position

We are currently seeking experienced manufacturing specialists to join our team in the Windsor Sydney area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of efficiently running production lines, coordinating tasks, and troubleshooting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the line runs productively and efficiently by coordinating tasks and minimizing downtime
  • Complete changeovers of production equipment such as filling, capping, and labeling with accuracy and speed
  • Troubleshoot and adjust equipment during the run to achieve optimum output and minimize waste
  • Set up and operate filling machines, label containers, and make boxes as needed
  • Monitor the quality of product throughout the filling run and make appropriate adjustments to maintain quality and compliance
  • Operate and maintain equipment safely and change parts in a clean and orderly manner
Requirements:
  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to complete required safety training and maintain excellent housekeeping
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take ownership of responsibilities
