**Chaplaincy Role Overview**

This role involves being a hands-on, relational ambassador for the College community.

As a Chaplain, you will be involved in all aspects of College life, championing the Christian spiritual culture through action and authentic representation.

You will represent the College professionally, demonstrating our values to students, staff, and the broader community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and maintain a supportive and caring environment that promotes staff wellbeing and professional learning and development.
  • To work collaboratively with staff and students to create a positive and inclusive college culture.
  • To contribute to the planning and implementation of programs that promote the Christian faith and values within the College community.
  • To provide guidance and support to students, staff, and parents on matters related to faith, spirituality, and personal growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
