We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Care Ambassador. This position involves establishing and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to national and key clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote products and services, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
  • Process purchase orders, contracts, and other business-related documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Plan and coordinate technician jobs to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Liaise daily with customers to address concerns, provide solutions, and build trust.
  • Efficiently process enquiries and proactively resolve client issues, promoting a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Services, Sales, and Services team, as well as the Operations Team, to achieve targets and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Previous working experience in a similar role, such as customer service, administration, or account management.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work autonomously.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
