The Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Assets Research Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with publicly traded real estate and infrastructure securities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting independent research, analyzing financial documents, and preparing reports related to the public and private real asset market.

  • Research individual listed companies and develop a proprietary view on absolute and relative valuation using a mix of quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Collect market information and derive business forecasts to determine upcoming trends and industry changes.
  • Convey security and sector recommendations to portfolio management teams through presentations and investment reports.
Qualifications & Experience Required:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree required, with MBA, CFA designation, or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong experience in Real Assets research and financial statement analysis, with a strong understanding of relative valuation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of listed Real Estate and Infrastructure analysis and investing in Australia and New Zealand, with investment experience across the broader APAC region beneficial.
  • Sound quantitative, analytical, critical thinking and financial modeling abilities.
  • Knowledge and systems ability with Excel and Bloomberg.
