Job Title: Transition Manager

This role provides a unique opportunity to spearhead a high-impact transition project, guiding the successful transfer of a major humanitarian logistics program.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the transition between programs, providing technical and project management inputs and expertise.
  2. Developing and implementing the transition plan, monitoring progress across the team.
  3. Ensuring the safe and secure transfer of assets, including warehouse stock, IT systems, and communication with partners and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:
