The Change Management Officer will be primarily focused on expanding Defence's change management capability, providing change management advice across the organisation. They will conduct change analysis and assessments for projects to inform change management plans and communications.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for conducting change analysis and assessments for projects to inform change management plans and communications. The Change Management Officer will work closely with stakeholders to provide clear and valuable change management advice, create buy-in for change management, and uplift capability across the organisation in an ambiguous and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough change analyses and assessments for projects to inform change management plans and communications.
- Identify integration points, linkages and dependencies across different initiatives, and feed intelligence into the enterprise view of change.
- Provide expert change management advice to diverse stakeholders.
- Create a culture of change management and uplift capability across the organisation in an ambiguous and evolving environment.
- Assist with developing an enterprise view of change including identifying linkages and dependencies.
For this role, we are looking for individuals who possess demonstrated ability in conducting objective analysis and providing evidence-based advice. Additionally, they should have experience in building change management capability across an organisation focusing on how people transition through change. Strong communication skills and proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage work priorities across multiple projects are also essential.
