Executive Operational Leader

The Senior Operations Manager is a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for overseeing operational functions across departments.
This position demands strong leadership skills, effective project management, and a deep understanding of organisational finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining processes and systems required for operational success, liaising with programme teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration, and representing the Operations team on departmental strategy and management forums.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic planning and implementation of operational functions
- Liaising with programme teams, consultants, and suppliers to facilitate resource allocation and guidance
- Representing the Operations team on departmental leaders' forums and contributing to departmental strategy and management
- Significant leadership experience in operations management to a senior level
- Experience managing operational functions, including finance, human resources, and compliance
- Strong organisational skills, including planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining administrative systems
- Ability to coordinate and execute project planning effectively
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages, databases, email, and internet
- Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment and with vulnerable individuals
