We are seeking a proactive HR professional to partner with senior teams in delivering exceptional employee experiences, operational excellence, and strategic HR outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with senior teams to deliver best-practice people processes
- Own end-to-end onboarding, manage HR systems, provide administrative support on employee and industrial relations matters
- Embed HR policies, collaborate on streamlining HR systems
- 3-5 years' experience in HR administration, coordination, or generalist support
- Experience with HRIS systems such as HiBob, Docusign, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive mindset, ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
