Indirect Tax Specialist
We are seeking a talented junior lawyer to join our team working on complex transactions in Indirect Tax.

We offer an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious professional to specialise in stamp duty and GST, working closely with senior practitioners across our Transactions group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and work on key aspects of transactions, including negotiations and drafting.
  • Collaborate with peers across other practice groups within the firm.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 2 years' post-qualified experience in tax matters;
  • GST and/or stamp duty experience;
  • A strong academic record;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks;
  • Strong client service focus and work ethic;
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills - required for building client relationships and maintaining a positive team environment;
  • An ambitious determination to take your career to the next level.
