We are seeking a skilled Critical Incident Response Counsellor to provide group critical incident response services to our organizational clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide critical incident response to our clients
  • Work/travel to on-site locations
  • Manage administrative requirements as dictated by our Trauma department
Requirements
  • Master's degree in counselling, psychology, or social work
  • Registration with the NCSSW or NSCCT and valid professional liability insurance
  • CISM, CISD training or EMDR certification is an asset
  • Experience delivering group critical incident debriefing and/or running counselling groups
  • Ability to convey sensitivity, professional manner and effective approach when facilitating interventions within the corporate environment
  • Flexibility to respond to client needs
