At Arctic Wolf, we're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Incident Response and Restoration team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients respond to and recover from cyberattacks.

About the Role:

As a Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating incident response cases, performing triage forensics analysis, and working closely with our clients to resolve cyber security incidents. You will also be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients, as well as collaborating with our incident response team to ensure timely and effective response to cyber security incidents.

About You:

We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual with a strong background in cybersecurity and incident response. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in a variety of technical tools and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, Active Directory, and Linux.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate incident response cases, including performing triage forensics analysis and working closely with clients to resolve cyber security incidents.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, as well as collaborate with the incident response team to ensure timely and effective response to cyber security incidents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including providing regular updates and status reports on incident response efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies, and provide recommendations to clients on how to improve their cybersecurity posture.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and incident response.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and coordinating incident response efforts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in a variety of technical tools and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, Active Directory, and Linux.
