**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety Adviser to join our team.

The successful candidate will support the administration and implementation of our WHS system and documentation, working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.

This is a full-time, ongoing role based at Melrose Park, offering a 9-day fortnight and a dedicated day off every second week. You will receive the remuneration of a full-time employee, plus the opportunity to salary package.

**About the Role**

The Work Health and Safety Adviser will have a minimum of 1 year experience in WHS or a similar field, demonstrating knowledge of Australian WHS/OHS laws. They will also have experience using WHS reporting systems, developing reports for stakeholders, and preparing regular and ad-hoc reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Developing and implementing WHS improvement programs
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues on WHS matters

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV or above qualification in WHS or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of enthusiasm for working collaboratively and building strong professional relationships
