  • Provide psychosocial rehabilitation services to promote empowerment and independence.
About The Role

This position is ideal for an empathetic and skilled professional who understands the importance of person-centered support. You will be responsible for partnering with clients to build connections within their communities, promoting healthy living outcomes and supporting their transition into the NDIS.

The Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) model is at the heart of this role. This model focuses on empowering adults with mental illness and associated psychiatric disabilities through the development of practical life skills and building capacity to manage daily challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in supporting individuals with mental health conditions.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Understanding of the biopsychosocial model of mental health and its application in service delivery.
  • Experience in facilitating client-centered approaches to service planning and delivery.
