About the Program

The Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response is a targeted psychosocial model designed to support adults living with mental illness and associated psychiatric disability. This program aims to equip participants with practical life skills for independent living, enhance their ability to manage mental health challenges, and promote social connectedness.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum Certificate IV qualification or commensurate experience in working with people with mental illness
  • Proven experience in providing psychosocial rehabilitation services
  • Familiarity with the biopsychosocial model of mental health and application of social inclusion principles in service delivery
