Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification

• Current National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Current Working with Children's Check

• Related qualifications or experience in disability support

• Sound communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
