The Role

As a Team Supervisor, you'll oversee the coffee service area while assisting in leading the retail service teams. You'll play a key role in supervising junior staff, training new team members, and maintaining high standards of service across both the kiosk and bistro.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality coffee in high volumes
  • Lead the barista station while fostering a collaborative team culture

About You

  • At least 12 months' experience working as a barista
  • Confident in fast-paced service with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable supervising and supporting a small team
  • Effective communicator with a proactive attitude
  • Well-presented, reliable, and efficient
  • Holds a current RSA and valid Australian working rights
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months
