Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Team Supervisor to lead our team in food preparation. As a member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of salads, fruit salads, and sandwiches. Your main task will be to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

About the Role:

  • Oversee and guide team members to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes.
  • Assemble wraps, sliders, and sandwiches.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the section.
  • Assist with shift close-down procedures.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience in a food production or kitchen environment. You should also possess leadership skills, enabling you to train and motivate others. Additionally, you must be physically fit and able to work at a steady pace for extended periods.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

  • Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
  • $33 per hour (casual rate).
  • Permanent Position available.
  • Shifts will be mostly fixed, with occasional flexibility required.
