Job Title: Gardening Team Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Gardening Team Supervisor to lead and direct a team of maintenance staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff
  • FOLLOW SCHEDULES AND PRIORITISE TASKS TO ENSURE TIMELY COMPLETION OF GARDEN MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition and implement corrective actions
  • Interact with clients to understand their preferences and address concerns

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • White Card
  • Valid Drivers' license
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
