In this role, you will design impactful marketing initiatives, mentor a skilled team, and partner with various departments to boost sales and foster brand loyalty. If you excel in a dynamic setting and have a solid history of achieving outstanding outcomes, we would love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement detailed marketing strategies and category plans to enhance brand recognition and drive sales. Work alongside cross-functional teams to refine marketing efforts and ensure prompt delivery of resources. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including catalogs and promotional displays. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both internal and external partners to meet marketing objectives. Manage the launch of new stores and support marketing activities across various locations. Assist the Head of Marketing with diverse projects and initiatives.Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing strategy and management is essential. Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
