Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

  • Manage timely and accurate execution of accounts payable function, including invoice analysis, GL coding & approval verification, system/data input completion, and payment confirmation.
  • Complete/execute expense accounts payable function for APAC, including accurate production of weekly payments, invoice analysis, GL coding & approval verification, system/data input processing, disbursement bank account reconciliation, and payment confirmation.
  • Generate debtor invoices and statements as required, and assist in following up overdue accounts.
  • Provide valuable operational advice and functional support to all internal (local and international) and external customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, industry standards, and best practice operations for retail sector.
  • 1-2 years experience in accounts payable & accounts receivable.
  • Fluent English (verbal & written).
  • Fluent Korean (verbal & written).
  • Intermediate proficiency with relevant software (Excel, Financial Accounting Systems - Peoplesoft).
  • Clear and effective communications skills.
  • Flexible and open to new ideas.
  • Report Production and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Team player with service-oriented attitude.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet critical deadlines.
