Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Insight Lead to champion a customer-centric culture within our organization.

This role requires a passionate and purpose-driven individual who can leverage customer and performance data to inform strategic decisions and drive service improvements.

The successful candidate will lead the expansion and delivery of our Voice of Customer (VOC) program, embedding customer feedback into everyday practice and maturing our VOC practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage customer insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Lead the development and implementation of VOC strategies
  • Embed customer-centric practices across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
