  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Evangelize Cloud by educating customers and colleagues on the benefits of robust Cloud and Data services that can be used to transform their business.
    • Harness the power of the Cloud and deliver on our clients' strategies and ambitions to make them more efficient, agile, and resilient than ever before.
    • Unlock new, tangible, and actionable insights through data and support our clients on their journey to being data driven.
    • Get excited by new and interesting challenges that only Cloud, Data and Deloitte can solve for our clients.
    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by assessing performance, gathering feedback, and implementing lessons learned to enhance future Cloud delivery processes.
    • Coach and mentor team members.
    • Build and foster technical communities, supporting the growth of our methods and tools.
    • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture, and ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience within a (re)insurer or insurance brokerage working closely to deliver solutions and/or a consulting firm with a focus on insurance engagements.
    • Experience of delivering within technical projects or leading workstreams focused on technical solution delivery, cloud delivery or cloud optimisation.
    • Subject matter expertise within Cloud and its impact on the (re)insurance industries in terms of digital transformation and customer & colleague experience.
    • Excellent ability in common project delivery tooling, such as JIRA, Slack, Confluence, and the Microsoft suite.
    • You can speak business and technology. Someone who can understand technical challenges and opportunities and translate them for wider audiences and the path forward.
    • You've been hands-on. The best way of learning and understanding is doing. Someone who understands and can communicate the challenges and experiences of using the Cloud and unlocking value.
