The finance function is expanding, and we are seeking an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with opportunities for growth and development.

The Role

You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment that fosters commercial excellence within the finance sector. This role will focus on business partnership and financial planning analysis in the manufacturing industry.

You will support the Senior Finance Business Partner by providing actionable insights and informed decision-making. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive budgets and forecasts
  • Collecting, analyzing, summarizing and interpreting data to inform business decisions
  • Designing and maintaining sophisticated financial models
  • Preparing regular estimates by collecting and analyzing data
  • Partnering with stakeholders at all levels to drive business outcomes

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field
  • CPA or CA qualification or be working towards your certification. Experience with the Big Four will be highly regarded
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting/analytical roles
  • Advanced skills using financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamic, SAP, Excel etc.
  • The ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to diverse audiences
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
