Warranty Manager

Bluestone Recruitment is seeking a skilled Warranty Manager/Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the warranty period.
About the Role:- Coordinate and schedule trades and services to ensure timely maintenance and warranty resolution
- Manage a team of professionals to achieve maintenance and warranty targets
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance
- Collaborate with clients to understand their maintenance and warranty requirements
- Review and analyze maintenance and warranty reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of warranty management principles
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
