Event Strategist - Partnership Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Strategist to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events and develop strategic partnerships that drive business growth and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute event and partnership strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality activations, including samplings, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Support distribution partners with branded assets for trade and hospitality events.
  • Oversee logistics such as vendor coordination, venue selection, budgeting, and on-site execution.
  • Lead event marketing, registration, sponsorship, and audience engagement.
  • Measure and report on event and partnership effectiveness for continuous improvement.
  • Activate brand ambassadors and athletes in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Collaborate across departments (marketing, sales, legal, product) on partnership campaigns.
  • Build and maintain industry relationships, staying on top of trends and new opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with activation and sampling agencies to ensure flawless execution and brand consistency across all touch points.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and partnership management preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the beverage industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, vendor/contract management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and event promotion.
  • Established network in the events/beverage industry.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
