**Junior Contract Administrator Role**
We are seeking a skilled Junior Contract Administrator to join our team.
**About the Job**
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our commercial and project management teams to assist with contract administration duties, including tenancy coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all paperwork and manage processes
- Tenancy Coordination
- Procurement of materials
- Process payments
- Liaise between site and office teams
- Take responsibility for invoicing and raising purchase orders
- Support project teams when needed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or education in Construction or related fields
- Experience in working in a collaborative delivery team
- Strong organisational skills
- Good Computer skills including Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive and flexible attitude
- Full Australian working rights and be currently based in Sydney
