Strategy Consultant Role

We're looking for a skilled Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a key member, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic outcomes for our clients.

About the Job

This is a hybrid role based in Sydney or Melbourne, where you'll be part of a team trusted by CEOs, boards, and investors for over 30 years.

You'll work with leading private equity firms across the full investment lifecycle—from diligence and value creation to strategic transformation.

  • Lead small, agile teams to deliver high-impact insights and solutions that drive real results.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Facilitate client meetings and present findings that influence major investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with our team and client teams, bringing your expertise to guide engagements.
  • Provide intellectual leadership by shaping frameworks, guiding research, and generating insights.
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Requirements

We're seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and brings a strategic mindset to every challenge.

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree with a strong academic record.
  • 5–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for solving problems through quantitative thinking.
  • Collaborative, ethical, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
