About This Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive awareness and acceptance of upgrades among Cochlear implant recipients and professionals across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive upgrade marketing strategy to increase awareness and adoption of our products.
  • Analyze recipient journey and upgrade performance data to inform strategic decisions and campaign development.
  • Create and implement targeted campaigns to engage legacy and older-generation device recipients.
  • Partner with country leads to understand constraints and develop multi-channel marketing and engagement strategies.
  • Develop and execute short-term and mid-term APAC marketing communication strategies to drive customer engagement.
  • Champion the e-commerce platform for APAC to deliver accessory campaigns.
  • Analyze data to identify profitable segments and optimize customer engagement efforts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in product management or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or medical device industry.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to derive strategic decisions based on data and facts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others through credible actions and achievement-oriented behavior.
  • Cultural sensitivity and flexibility to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Language skills in Mandarin or Japanese (desired).
