Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming requests/queries and create tasks in service delivery/management systems.
  • Troubleshoot application and system issues and bugs, and perform forms/correspondence changes and fixes in production and non-production IT environments.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support for existing solutions and new initiatives.
  • Liaise with IP Rights Product Owners and business stakeholders to schedule and deliver BAU and continuous improvement tasks.
  • Perform team management activities such as staff supervision, performance management, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain the teams' work plan and provide input into section and group operational planning.
  • Develop user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge base material, and provide hands-on training for non-technical staff and fellow team members.
About the Role:

This is a multi-disciplinary leadership role requiring effective stakeholder engagement and people management skills, while still performing a high volume of development work requiring proficient technical ability, task prioritisation, and release management skills.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the migration of on-premise Intelledox templates to the SmartIQ SaaS platform as part of the Document Generation Platform to Cloud project.
