About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in the Pilbara region. As CEO, you will be responsible for driving innovation, growth, and success through strategic planning, team management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government, business, and community leaders
  • Drive commercial and political acumen to inform business decisions
  • Manage and develop human, financial, and physical resources to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business management, commercial and political acumen, and strong influencing and advocacy ability
  • Strong commercial acumen with practical experience in daily operational management
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and working as a team, specifically staff development
  • Strong skills and experience in strategy development and implementation
  • Acute knowledge of the current business environment and future business direction
  • Expertise in advocacy at the governmental level and driving positive outcomes for business and policy alignment
  • Demonstrated experience in governance, risk management, managing change, and working successfully with Boards
  • A sound understanding of and demonstrated experience in liaison, negotiation, and acquittal with funding organizations, government authorities, or other stakeholders
  • Previous business development and/or marketing experience along with a proven ability to cultivate new relationships and convert prospects to clients
  • Exceptional communication abilities across written, verbal, interpersonal, and digital platforms
