Fitness Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Fitness Team Leader to join our team at Collective Wellness Group.
About the Role:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a positive and motivating environment for members.
- Develop strong relationships with current and prospective members to promote membership retention and sales.
- Manage office administration tasks, including but not limited to, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Tour potential members, showcasing the club's facilities and services, and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct ongoing gym rounds throughout the day to maintain a clean and safe environment for members.
- Maintain a positive club culture by promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor and maintain gym equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new members.
- Pursue community involvement and outreach initiatives to foster strong relationships with local businesses and organizations.
- Engage with members through various events and activities to enhance their overall experience.
Requirements:
- A passion for health and fitness, with a genuine interest in promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Comfortable approaching strangers and engaging in conversation to build relationships and promote products or services.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and take ownership of projects and tasks.
- In possession of relevant qualifications and certifications, such as First Aid and Working with Minors.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales-based target role.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the fitness industry.
