We are currently seeking empathetic and caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily needs and supporting them to achieve their goals.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional client service and support to assist clients in meeting their goals.\
  • Develop connections with the community to help clients achieve their objectives.\
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, domestic assistance, social support, transportation, and community outings.\
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services.\\
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients to thrive in.\\
  • Contribute to the development of effective care plans and strategies to support clients' needs.\\
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.\\
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality services.\\
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.\\
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection protocols.\\
  • Perform other duties as required by management.\\-

Requirements:

  • A current full driver's license\
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance\
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW)\
  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate\\-
