Director of Retail Consulting

We are seeking a seasoned retail expert to join our team as a Director of Retail Consulting. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a critical role in advising retailers on how to maximize the impact of Focal, our innovative retail platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our customers to develop tailored strategies for implementing Focal and driving business results.
  • Lead the change management process, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of Focal across our customers' organizations.
  • Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
  • Grow our Retail Consulting team in Australia, developing and mentoring a high-performing team of experts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives.
  • Contribute to the development of our Focal product roadmap, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in retail consulting, change management, or a related field, preferably within the grocery industry.
  • Proven ability to forge relationships with senior executives and drive business results.
  • Deep understanding of key success factors, trends, and strategies in the grocery industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment and adapt to changing business demands.
