We are seeking an experienced cost control professional to join our team in Kwinana.

Our site-based operation supports multiple projects upgrading and converting existing infrastructure into a new energy hub. The hub aims to produce and supply renewable fuels and energy products, supporting our net-zero ambitions.

About the Role:

  • Complete month-end billing and schedule of rates billing in SAP
  • Manage cost control, invoicing, and debtor recovery activities for the site
  • Liaise with operations to maintain forecasts and challenge costs
  • Follow up on missing hours/discrepancies with Payroll, Site Leads, and employees when required
  • Develop and maintain reports

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in equivalent administrative, cost, HR, or payroll roles
  • Skilled practitioner in SAP, advanced skills in MS Office suite, including Excel and Word
  • Working awareness of procurement and finance activities, including requisition, purchase order creation, cost reporting, goods receipting, and general financial awareness
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
