Gas Turbine Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas Turbine Operations Specialist to join our team at Kwinana Power Station site.
The role will be responsible for high-level technical and supervisory activities associated with the operation and maintenance of Kwinana Gas Turbine Plants within and external to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake operations and maintenance work at Kwinana and Cockburn Gas Generation facilities as per business requirements
- Plan, supervise, coordinate, or carry out activities associated with the manufacture, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems as required
- Carry out technical inspections, prepare reports with recommendations, and arrange necessary action
- Manage maintenance outage projects in accordance with schedule while maintaining quality standards
- Prepare and assess designs, calculations, estimates, sketches, specifications, and tenders, working drawings, and schedules
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate IV or above in Mechanical discipline
- A trade certificate in Mechanical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the maintenance and operation of Gas Turbines or power generating plant
- Strong knowledge of inspection/testing practices and experienced in equipment maintenance/repair practices
- Skilled in Power Generation equipment maintenance, commissioning, and operation practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications and familiar/proficient in CMMS
