Job Role

As a Personal Banking Specialist, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting customers' comprehensive banking needs.

You will assist customers with inquiries, educate them about our online platforms, and recommend products and services tailored to their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing in-depth understanding of customers' current and future goals, designing solutions that meet their objectives and interests
  • Staying up-to-date with industry changes by educating and supporting customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs
  • Guiding customers through personalized lending solutions, exploring bespoke personal loan and credit card options to help them achieve their goals
  • Embracing lifelong learning, bringing your expertise and taking your career to the next level with on-the-job training and other learning opportunities
  • Building connections and contributing to the community while enjoying a fulfilling work experience

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Coogee. To succeed in this role, you'll consistently provide exceptional customer service.
