Operational Training Specialist Role

A challenging and rewarding career awaits in our Operational Training Team. We are seeking an experienced Training Advisor to join us as a key contributor in developing and delivering operational training programs.

About the Role

As an Operational Training Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing and addressing the learning needs of our entire Courts, Tribunals, and Service Delivery Division. This includes designing, updating, and delivering competency-based and operational training programs to meet these needs. You will work closely with departmental staff, training colleagues, and management to ensure effective and efficient delivery of operational training.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver operational training programs to support business operations
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Contribute to the development of operational training plans and strategies
  • Liaise with divisional staff and managers to identify client needs and support ongoing capability development
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in adult education and training
  • Comprehensive understanding of operational training issues and principles
  • Detailed operational experience within government or related sectors
