
Training Programs Specialist

This is a pivotal opportunity to lead the development of induction, compliance, and capability-building programs that align with contractual, safety, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive training needs analysis and associated documentation
- Establish and maintain robust training registers and compliance tracking systems
- Oversee the design and delivery of tailored induction and job readiness programs
- Create and maintain authoritative Manager Handbook and Contract Handbook resources
- Implement ongoing compliance and training check processes
- Establish data-driven training reporting dashboards for strategic review
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in L&D leadership or training program delivery within complex operational environments.
They will also have expertise in developing and executing effective training strategies, induction programs, and compliance frameworks.
Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including collaborations with RTOs and industry bodies, is essential.
The successful candidate will exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and training documentation.
