Cafe and Kitchen Operations Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role that oversees the daily operations of a cafe and kitchen in a vibrant aquatic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day cafe and kitchen operations, focusing on quality and service delivery. This includes preparing and serving food and beverages to a high standard, leading and training a team to deliver excellent customer service, and handling cash management, stock control, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day cafe and kitchen operations with a focus on quality and service delivery.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead and train a team to deliver excellent customer service, resolving any issues promptly.
- Handle cash management, stock control, and sales performance, maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards, promoting a safe working environment.
- Proven experience in a cafe, hospitality, or kitchen leadership role, demonstrating strong operational skills.
- Current Food Safety Certification, with knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and best practices.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Blue Card, CPR, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
