Housekeeping Team Lead

We are seeking a Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Job Description

The Housekeeping Team Lead will supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF:
  • Maintain accurate records of room assignments, guest preferences, and special requests
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
  • Ensure that all equipment and supplies are in good working order
  • Assist with training and development of housekeeping staff
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and techniques
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
