Administrative Support Specialist - Energy Sector

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to work on matters that span power, oil & gas, renewables, mining, and cutting-edge energy transition projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to our Partner and team members
  • Manage complex schedules, emails, and confidential information
  • Prepare documentation and correspondence for various matters
  • Open and maintain files using Elite 3E and iManage systems
  • Assist with monthly billing processes and reporting
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries and concerns
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary (energy sector preferred)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and billing systems
  • Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused individual with exceptional attention to detail
