About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our Communications team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies to engage and inform our store teams, leaders, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise, and purposeful communications through various mediums, including online, print, video, and internal social media.
  • Collaborate with business teams to develop cohesive communications plans for key events, change initiatives, collectables, product launches, and other projects.
  • Host and coordinate weekly team sessions, distributing weekly email and store communications to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Support our store teams in understanding and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Enable the flow of information across our large and diverse Brand & Marketing team, ensuring updates on strategic priorities and new activity going live to market.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in communications, marketing, events, public relations, or similar fields.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively across different initiatives.
  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders, positively influencing, showing agility, and adaptability.
  • Thrives on tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to articulate solutions and take a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
