Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team in Programmed / PERSOLKELLY. This role involves working collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Storing: Receive and inspect incoming food products, ensuring they meet quality standards and are stored properly in optimal conditions.
  • Packing and Preparation: Assist with packing customer orders, ensuring secure packaging and accurate documentation. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent contamination and damage.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to support operational continuity.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential food safety hazards and address them promptly. Liaise with suppliers and transporters to coordinate deliveries and shipments, managing inventory systems to align with materials and production schedules.
  • Safety and Compliance: Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Warehouse Coordinator, contributing to a safety-first organizational culture. Adhere to all food safety regulations, including HACCP principles and FSANZ guidelines, to ensure organizational compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations, participating in WHS training and initiatives.
