This is a role with a strong focus on corporate finance and M&A execution, where you will oversee multiple projects and staff in a cohesive team.

You will be responsible for leading advisory, end-to-end M&A and IPO execution, working across sell-side, buy-side, capital raising (debt and equity) and strategic advice. Additionally, you will take ownership of deliverables and manage junior members of the team.

About this role:

  • Key responsibilities include leading Advisory – end to end M&A and lead IPO execution;
  • Working across sell-side, buy-side, capital raising (debt and equity) and strategic advice;
  • Taking ownership of deliverables and completing them effectively in timeframes required;
  • Managing, developing and working collaboratively with junior members of the team;
  • Building and managing client and stakeholder relationships; and
  • Assisting with deal origination and preparation of proposals, engagements and pitch documents.

You're a commercially-minded professional who can contribute your insights and initiative to make a real impact in this leadership role. You're expected to deliver high-quality outcomes and mentor junior team members while maintaining a collaborative mindset.

A successful candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to drive multiple projects forward. They will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and staff in a small cohesive team and reporting directly to the leadership team.
