Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our advisory group, you will be responsible for leading transaction execution across various deal types, including sell-side, buy-side, origination, capital raising, and strategic review deals.

Your expertise in corporate finance and M&A advisory will enable you to influence senior stakeholders through clear and persuasive communication of deal proposals and structures. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including legal, tax, and transaction services, to deliver integrated client solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading transaction execution and project management
  • Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Drafting and reviewing key marketing materials
  • Conducting financial analysis and building robust financial models

The ideal candidate will have a strong theoretical knowledge of corporate finance and M&A advisory, backed by transaction experience from investment banks, boutique firms, Big Four consultancies, corporate finance, or law firms.

A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field is required, along with advanced qualifications such as a Master's of Applied Finance, CFA, or CA being desirable.
