Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of handover packages within the Defence Division.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing HOTO on multiple live projects and possess excellent project management skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the delivery of handover packages within the Defence Division.
  • Track and allocate projects to ensure sufficient national resource coverage.
  • Support and assist project teams with issues needing escalation by coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Develop processes and tools for continual improvement and to ensure a consistent approach.
  • Identify training needs and provide training for onboarding.
  • Seek and act on feedback from project stakeholders.
  • Provide tender support including document preparation and identifying resource requirements.
  • Provide technical support for national HOTO delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior Defence experience, specifically managing HOTO on multiple live projects.
  • 3+ years construction / engineering experience.
  • General Project delivery experience.
