Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the post-settlement client experience for personal injury claims, establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders, and corresponding with external stakeholders to ensure timely settlement payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Managing the post-settlement client experience for personal injury claims
  • Corresponding and communicating with external stakeholders to ensure settlements are paid in a timely manner
  • Accurately monitoring, calculating, and distributing client's settlement monies
  • Understanding and keeping up to date with changes to cost and trust regulations

Requirements:

  • An administration background is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong numerical literacy and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take initiative, work to deadlines, and multitask
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Expertise with MS Office suite
  • Proactive and flexible work approach, including being a team player

Eligibility:

  • Australian citizen or hold a valid visa with full and unrestricted working rights in Australia

Work Environment:

Working from home 3 days a week after training
