
Settlement Case Manager

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the post-settlement client experience for personal injury claims, establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders, and corresponding with external stakeholders to ensure timely settlement payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Managing the post-settlement client experience for personal injury claims
- Corresponding and communicating with external stakeholders to ensure settlements are paid in a timely manner
- Accurately monitoring, calculating, and distributing client's settlement monies
- Understanding and keeping up to date with changes to cost and trust regulations
Requirements:
- An administration background is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong numerical literacy and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take initiative, work to deadlines, and multitask
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Expertise with MS Office suite
- Proactive and flexible work approach, including being a team player
Eligibility:
- Australian citizen or hold a valid visa with full and unrestricted working rights in Australia
Work Environment:
Working from home 3 days a week after training
