**Job Summary**
As a senior manager, you will lead the business through a period of growth and expansion, driving a continuous improvement mindset in all parts of the operation. You will be responsible for full P&L management, overall leadership of the VIC business, and ensuring the highest standards in our operations.

**Requirements**
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record running a business and lifting performance. Knowledge of construction and heavy manufacturing industries is essential, as well as highly developed stakeholder management skills.
